Storyteller-in-Chief

Hi! My name is Jenn Forst, I’m a brand strategist, communications + culture consultant, and connector based in Louisville, KY. I specialize in developing campaigns that are on-brand and on-culture for organizations.

YOU CAN FIND ME:

Waste (time, resources, etc), missed opportunities

I'm NOT ABOUT:

The power of story, women in leadership, growth and development, human-centered design.

I BELIEVE IN:

As a gifted writer and natural storyteller, I was drawn to a career in public relations and communications. Since 2015, I've been building a growing communications consultancy supporting primarily healthcare and education clients - both large corporations and small businesses.

I've had incredible experiences helping executives cast a vision for their teams, crafting campaigns to make the complex accessible, and collaborating with leaders committed to growth and impact.

From executive communications and public relations, to website development and social media campaigns – my human-centric approach and thoughtful, strategic campaigns help companies connect with their audiences and further their mission.

Before opening up my own shop, I served as a strategic communications consultant at Humana, responsible for internal and executive communications. This role led to specialized expertise in employee communications – a critical, yet often overlooked audience in communications campaigns.

Prior to that, I supported national brands on the PR agency circuit in Chicago at notable agencies including Golin Harris, Burson-Marsteller and Weber Shandwick. This included media relations support for the historic “got Milk?” campaign.

About me

I am an Enneagram 2 - the Caregiver. This personality type is known for being empathetic, caring, highly attuned and able to anticipate the needs of others.

While that didn’t lead me to a career in a clinic or classroom, I find fulfillment supporting the world’s healers, educators, advocates and caregivers.

I help create cultures where these professionals thrive. And also - connect them with those who need them most, through storytelling and communications.
