The Humana Innovation team brought its unique approach to ideation and innovation to the local IdeaFestival. This included an interactive executive keynote on how improv leads to innovation. An impressive "Improv Lounge" brought principles from the keynote to life in an immersive event experience.

Activated Humana's sponsorship by producing an on-brand "Improv Lounge" experience - complete with games, post-it walls, charging stations and more. The space brought to life principles from the executive keynote, also focused on how improv and innovation go hand-in-hand.

To round out the experinece, we prepared a keynote in collaboration with a leading executive on the Innovation team. titled: Preparing to Show Up Unprepared! This interactive talk demonstrated how improv leads to innovation. 

While leading innovators were in town for events, we also booked them for talks at Humana. We called this innovator-in-residence series "Outside In." Humana associates could hear from thought leaders right on campus and apply this "outside-in" thinking to their own work. Pre- and post-event internal communications campaigns expanded message reach.
