The Humana Innovation team had just moved into its new street-level Innovation Lab in downtown Louisville. To showcase the team’s work to a hometown audience, we designed and produced several speeches, films and expo experiences, both inside and outside Humana.
To share health and aging insights, showcase pilot programs, and demonstrate thought leadership in population health and chronic condition management, we produced an executive + clinician panel discussion + 6 speeches in collaboration with the Innovation team.

Sponsorship Activation: Film Festival
We activated Humana's sponsorship of the Louisville Innovation Summit by hosting an onsite, human-centered film festival (complete with Humana-branded popcorn). Films focused on humanizing healthcare and the many ways the team was seeking to do that via community partnerships and national programs.
While leading innovators were in town for events, we also booked them for talks at Humana. We called this innovator-in-residence series "Outside In." Humana associates could hear from thought leaders right on campus and apply this "outside-in" thinking to their own work. Pre- and post-event internal communications campaigns expanded message reach.
